This week at
I'm late, late, late! And Brenda's challenge, "Make It Bloom!" is a wonderful and easy challenge so, I shouldn't have been! Truth is, last week got a way from me a bit, and I just couldn't seem to catch up to what all needed done. I gave myself a list of jobs to have completed before I could eat lunch today, and making and posting this card was on that list. And, since I'm very food motivated, I got right to it.
This is what I made....
I die cut the sentiment a bit off centre, and was thinking about reprinting it, but decided I was hungry enough to be okay with it as is. (: Digi is from A Day For Daisies.
So, why not give our challenge a go this week and join us? And, if you'd like more inspiration, be sure to check out what the Girlfriends have made.

This is a super cute card, Jan! Love the daisies and the gold pearls in the corner that pick up the color of them. And of course, all elements coordinate perfectly with your paper. I think your sentiment is perfectly fine (not worth missing a meal over to re-do :-) and if you hadn't of said no one would notice.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful CAS card. Love the sunflower image. Thanks for sharing at 613 Avenue Create's May, "Anything Goes with a Twist/Mother's Day Slimline Card" Challenge.
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful card, it might have been late, but it was worth waiting for this one :) x
