I'm So Sorry @ Little Red Wagon

This week at

it's Chrissy's turn to choose the challenge and she's saying, "I'm So Sorry" which means she wants to see those sympathy cards.

This is what I did....

I usually do sympathy cards in white and gray or similarly muted tones but fellow Girlfriend, Imke, once commented that she likes to make sympathy cards more colourful so I thought I'd give that a try, and imho, she's right, using colours on a sympathy cards absolutely works.

Focus on Family @ Little Red Wagon

This week at

it's Heather's turn to choose the challenge and she wants us to "Focus on Family" which means she wants to see projects either featuring images of a family or something specifically for a family member. And "specifically for a family member" means it's gotta be obvious, like Warm Birthday Wishes, Grandpa or Happy Mother's Day....you can't just say, "I made this for my son", kwim?

I decided to work at ahead a bit and came up with this.....

Digi is from Beccy's Place.  Thought these birdhouses would be a great image for a Father's Day card.  Also, I'm betting there's a bird family living in them too, so I've got the challenge covered both ways.  (:
