Viva La Vellum @ Little Red Wagon

Vellum is something I hardly ever think of using but I like the result whenever I do. I should use it more often, obviously.

Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate....

What does that have to do with my post/card?

Nothing.

I'm just wishing I had some right now.

Here's a card I made.

No chocolate was consumed during the making of this card, which, you may be thinking, would be obvious because if I had been eating chocolate while making this card I wouldn't need to be repeating the word "chocolate" over and over again.

Bwah ha ha ha ha. Silly reader, it wouldn't matter how much chocolate I had eaten, I could always eat more. It's chocolate after all.

Okay, really, in an effort to have something to say my posts are becoming slightly weird. I blame it on February. (Better it, than me. :-D)

Getting started with Easter

Cards, that is.  Not with decorating or hiding eggs or anything like that.

We do have a bunny that's living under our porch right now, and he hops out every night between 10:30pm and 11:00pm and I wave to him through the window as he hops across the yard.  I'm still waiting for him to wave back.

My dd commented the other day that the Easter Bunny is probably busy making new boomerangs right now.  (A reference to "Rise of the Guardians".)

Yep, I guess that's enough random ramblings to make this look like a blog post rather than just a card stuck here.

Colour Combo Challenge @ Little Red Wagon

Dee has a colour challenge for us. She's even got a picture for us to show those colours.....

Such yummy colours. Luckily I have a 6 x 6 pad that's just swimming with those colours so I didn't have too much trouble making something. (Like I would normally with a colour challenge. I almost never, ever, ever do a colour challenge 'cause I'm generally terrible at them.)

Use A Doily @ UnstampaBelles

It's a new month which means a new challenge at UnstampaBelles.   This month the challenge is to use a doily. Pretty self-explanatory, that one. Just remember - no stamps (unless they are sentiment stamps with less than four words).

This is what I came up with.....

Just another Valentine's card to add to the stack of what seems to be a ridiculous amount of Valentine's cards I make in a year.
