it's Heather's turn to choose the challenge and she's gonna make you work a bit this week. She wants to see projects with either unicorns or rainbows...or both!
This is what I did.....
Meh. Not all kinds of thrilled about this. It just feels, I dunno, lacking.....or flat, kwim? I did get to play with some new dies though, so that was fun. Fitting the coloured cardstock into all those spaces was quite satisfying, so that was good too. I've always said that, for me, crafting is so much more about the process than the end result....but I do enjoy it way more if I'm happy with that end result!
So, why not get out your unicorns and rainbows and head on over to Little Red Wagon and link up? And, while you're there, be sure to check out the wonderful projects the other Girlfriends have created.

LOVE LOVE LOVE your card Jan!! The embossed clouds, the inlaid flowers and the colours are gorgeous!!! :)
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh, I just LOVE those die-cut inlaid flowers!! Your card is perfect just the way it is!!
ReplyDeleteSuper cute card. And I'm very impressed with you putting the colored bits into all those spaces (what patience!). I'm with you on it being the process and yet...I've been known to trash a few that I really thought were crap.
ReplyDeleteThis is too cute. I really like how you inlaid the colours on the flower dies.
ReplyDeleteGreat card Jan! I think your card is adorable! Love the embossed texture!
ReplyDeletewell i think it's AWESOME and a fab use of dies, paper & e/f! (it doesn't have anything that makes me think, "jan r made this" tho; that would be my only mark against it, but it's still a really COOL card!!!)
